The helicoptered magnetic survey has highlighted the zones with major accumulation of Briquetage waste, thus evidencing there was no other accumulation zone in the Seille Valley than the ones in the villages of Vic-sur-Seille, Marsal and, above all, Moyenvic.

More precisely, a huge number of secondary magnetic anomalies have been detected by the Magsalia process in the whole alluvial plain of the Seille. It turned out that several anomalies come from Briquetage workshops zones that were previously unknown.
